After 14 years at the 2nd Street Market, the British Transportation Museum moved its annual British Car Show to Miamisburg in Riverfront Park and in connection to their "Spring Fling".

The new location offered a lots more room, some shade and grass, close access to restrooms and food at several restaurants a block away on Main Street, and a covered bandstand/stage. The last as a welcome shelter from a few storms that hit that day. While cloudy in the morning, a band went through at 11 or so wet things down. After that the sun came out it was ok for a few hours but the threat of more said let's finish up the awards at 2:30. That list will be published later.
The forecast for rain did keep so many people away but there were a number of brave owners who showed.

2017 2nd St Market Car Show

The 2017 British Transportation Museum “Meet at the Market” for all British cars was held from 9AM to 3PM on May 27, 2017. While the threat of inclement weather kept many away, the day was partly cloudy and warm all day. In the end 54 cars attended. There were a number of great British cars recognized. The awards given for each class can be seen by clicking on the button below.
